What areas do you serve?
We bring the blast to Richmond, KY and all cities within a 30-mile radius of Richmond. We may be able to travel further for larger events. What's your cancellation policy?
All deposits are non-refundable. We can however use your deposit for a future date within 1 year of booking with us If you cancel within 48 hours of your event for non-weather-related reasons. This is because we book time slots for parties and need time to fill those spots. We do offer cancellations up to 2 hours before a party for weather related reasons because we understand the Kentucky weather can be unpredictable at times.
What is required for a foam party?
We require access to a basic electrical outlet and tap or spigot you can attach a hose to within 100ft of the event. In the case that your event is further please let us know before booking. We may be able to accommodate with longer hoses and extension cords.
Are foam parties safe?
Yes! Our foam solution is made with kids, pets, and lawns in mind. The formula we use is non-toxic, bio-degradable, will not hurt grass, and it's even safe for pets. You can even book foam parties for your animals! Foam parties are much safer than bounce houses wh. We do not use our foam on pools for safety reasons.
How do I book and pay?
Booking is easy! Click any 'Book Now' button to check availability. We accept major payment methods, and a deposit is usually required to secure your date unless you are planning larger event. in that case we do allow checks the day of event. Please reach out to book or fill out the booking quote on our home page for events. All deposits are non-refundable.
What should guests wear? Can the color foam stain?
Our colored and UV foam is not supposed to stain and should easily wash out. We haven't had any issues with that, however we are not responsible in the rare case that it does stain or damage clothing and footwear. Swimwear or activewear is recommended! You will get damp/wet, so think beach day or pool party attire. Don't forget a towel! Any not slip-shoes are also recommended.
