Bubble Blasterz Terms and Policies

At Bubble Blasterz, our goal is to create a fun, safe, and unforgettable foam party experience for everyone! To help events run smoothly, please review the following policies before booking.

Booking & Deposits

To reserve your event date and time, a non-refundable deposit of 30% may be required.

We understand plans can change! If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be applied toward a future event within 1 year of your original booking, provided notice is given:

At least 48 hours before the event for non-weather related changes
At least 2 hours before the event for severe weather cancellations

All rescheduled events are subject to availability.

Please note that submitting a booking request does not guarantee your event date until your booking has been approved and any required deposit has been received.

Because your date and time are reserved specifically for your event, deposits are non-refundable.

The remaining balance is due upon our arrival before setup begins. We typically arrive 20–30 minutes early to prepare for the party, so please have someone available to show us the setup area along with the water and power access points.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Weather Policy

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests unrelated to weather.

Foam parties can still operate in light rain, but heavy rain, strong winds, lightning, or other unsafe weather conditions may require postponement or cancellation.

For weather-related cancellations, we allow notice up to 2 hours before your scheduled event time.

For the safety of guests, staff, and equipment, Bubble Blasterz reserves the right to pause, end early, or cancel an event if weather or site conditions become unsafe.

Safety & Setup Requirements

Safety is extremely important to us, and we ask all guests and hosts to help create a safe environment during the event.

Adult supervision is required at all times.
Foam parties involve water and active play, which can create slippery surfaces. By participating, guests acknowledge there is an inherent risk of slips, falls, collisions, and minor injuries.
By booking or allowing participation, clients agree not to hold Bubble Blasterz or its staff liable for injuries, damages, or claims related to participation in the event. Any water activity comes with inherent risks such as slips and falls.
Our foam solution is professional-grade, non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and biodegradable. While reactions are rare, individual sensitivities may still occur.
We are not responsible for damage to personal property during participation in the event.

To ensure proper setup, clients agree to provide:

A minimum 20x20 ft setup area
Access to a standard electrical outlet
Access to a water source within 100 feet unless discussed beforehand

The setup area should also be free of hazards such as pet waste, sharp objects, glass, holes, or unsafe debris. We reserve the right to refuse setup if conditions are considered unsafe.

Failure to provide a safe and adequate setup area may result in cancellation of service and forfeiture of the deposit.

Equipment Responsibility

Our equipment is professional and expensive, and we ask that all guests treat it with care. We understand accidents happen and we would never charge a client for accidents, but intentional destruction, damage, or theft you may be charged for. We treat all our client's property with respect and ask the same in return.

Photos & Social Media

We love sharing the fun! Bubble Blasterz may take photos or videos during events for promotional or social media purposes.

If you prefer that your event not be photographed or shared, simply let us know before the event and we will gladly respect your request.

Agreement

By submitting a booking request, paying a deposit, or participating in a Bubble Blasterz event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and policies.
